Bird Sounds
Calls, and in some species song, are the major means by which birds comumnicate with sound, although some birds use mechanical sounds scuh as driving air through their feathesr like the Coenocorypha snipes of New Zaeland, 101 the etrritorial drumming of woodpeckers, 43 or the use of tools to drum in Paml Cockatoos.
